I'm suprised Dalembert and Hunter are only B+ defenders... at the least Dalembert should be A-, if not Hunter as well, both are VERY solid defenders for their position.
I also think Willie Green's outside should be bumped from B- to a solid B, and his defense to a solid B as well, the guy is a starter quality player, he has shown this year in and year out over the past 3 years, that when AI goes down he can step in and deliver consistently good performances given the minutes.

Well for the Lakers
Bynum should probably have a little better rebounding. He is averaging over 14 boards per 48 mins.
Odom at the least I think he should have B B scoring ratings. There are other players in the league that have B B ratings and are not as explosive on offense as odom.

btw, Calderon's scoring should go up, he's gettin almost 8ppg in only 16mpg, shooting 52% from the field... maybe something like B C+ or B- C+ but definitely better than C+ C, he's really improved his shooting/scoring this year.

Jack and Outlaw deffinately deserve some love there....Keep in mind Outlaw is a Josh Smith esk defensive player. If he plays 35 minutes he's capable of just under a couple blocks and steals. Offensivly he's better than that too, B C scorer I'd say, with a C- handle...so all around B C C- A- C A for Outlaw would seem right to me. I don't know with Jack, but what I do know is that he's been very, very good.
A few Celtic observations. Wally-He's still a 18-20 ppg scorer, C+ A- isn't going to do that. B- A- would cut it, or C+ A. He's an under-rated scorer, especially because he's so efficient.
Tony Allen deserves a D+ handle. He's that bad, he's known as the human offensive foul/human turnover here in Boston.
Rondo deserves a D+ outside shot, not that far from C-, but still...he's gotta make a lot of progress to be an effective player. Maybe a bit better ball handler as well, a low B+. Very fast, high assist rate, but turnovers are somewhat of a concern so far.
Gomes outside shot is a bit high. He's a solid C shooter...no 3 pt shot at all really, but a solid midrange shooter.
Green I'd switch his scoring...B- B rathr than B B-. He's been all about the outside shot this year. Not a huge deal to me though...he's also improved his rebounding, he's a solid C at this point, or at worst a low C.
Powe...C+ inside C+ defense, B- rebounding makes sense.
Ray - B outside, C handles. He's not a PG, what so ever. He can shoot when he gets hot, but that's really it.

499 Andris Biedrins C 20 6'11'' 245 C+ D+ D B B- A Biedrins has already showed that he is one of the best rebounders/defenders in this league. He's averaging 11 rpg and 3 bpg. He should be better than "B B-" in those two categories. 492 Adonal Foyle C 31 6'10'' 270 C D D- B B- C Fine. Anyone can have him for free. 84 Patrick O'Bryant C 20 7'0'' 260 C+ D+ D C+ C+ A Fine. 490 Troy Murphy PF 26 6'11'' 245 B- B C- C+ B+ C I would ask for B- defense but I would get flamed for it. 82 Ike Diogu PF 22 6'8'' 255 B C D C+ B- B I would ask for a B in rebounding because he's averaging 12 rpg per 40 but I would be yelled at. 282 Zarko Cabarkapa PF 24 6'11'' 235 C+ C+ D+ C+ C B Fine. 488 Mickael Pietrus SF 24 6'6'' 215 B- C+ C- B+ C B He's already one of the best perimeter defenders in the game. I guess B+ is fair. I think he's averaging something like 6 rpg so he should have a C+ rebounding instead of C. 495 Mike Dunleavy SF 27 6'9'' 230 C+ B+ C+ C+ C B Fine. 455 Matt Barnes SF 26 6'7'' 235 C+ C+ C- B C+ C Fine. 487 Jason Richardson SG 25 6'6'' 225 A- B C B C C Fine. 83 Monta Ellis SG 20 6'3'' 177 B C+ C+ B- C- A I am going to be totally honest. I have seen 2 Warriors games this season. Spencer, you have probably seen a lot more. But just based on what Monta is doing so far this season, doesn't he deserve better ratings than this? I guess with "B C+" he could maybe possibly get 18 ppg but I would up the outside shot to B- or inside to B+...not both though . Handles should be better than a C+. Already putting up 4.4 apg on a team with BD as PG. Based on the numbers, from what I've read, and the two games I have seen, Monta should have better defense as well. 338 Baron Davis PG 27 6'3'' 223 B C+ A- A- C- C Should be better than B C+ scoring. He's putting up 21 ppg this season and B C+ is not good enough. He has been an explosive scorer this year. You've seen more Warriors games than I have though. 78 Anthony Roberson PG 23 6'2'' 180 C A- C C D B Fine. 633 Keith McLeod PG 27 6'2'' 190 C C+ C+ B D+ C Fine. All that being said, if anyone has any complaints or objections to anything I said, please feel free to let me know. Being specific would help. Thanks Will and Spencer for making these rosters happen.

Ive always felt they were good shot blockers, but not really good post defenders. Thats why I left them at B+. Green will go to B outside.

He doesnt really shoot 3s, so its hard to give him anything over a C outside. hes a good midrange shooter and FT shooter but that doesnt translate to a high outside grade. Ill also assume he doesnt go to the basket much, so giving him a higher inside probably wont work either.

He goes to the basket a fair amount, and just because Wade or RIP hardly shoot 3's, doesn't change the fact that their outside games are still there... there needs to be a change somewhere in his scoring, 8ppg in 16mpg translates into an approximation that if given the minutes he's a 16ppg scorer... and ratings of C+ C won't get that result.

He might have lots of potential and athleticsm, but I saw him once and he was in foul trouble almost instantly. B is fair, with nice potential. Fixed most of the other stuff.

Yah I agree...Calderon needs to be better at something Few other notes: -Hakim Warrick isn't getting much love -Are you sure you're a warriors fan...Ellis, Biedrins should be MUCH better. -I just can't stress this enough...Travis Outlaw is a good player..I swear.

If you've paid attention to his stats and the scouting reports this year, instead of going by the time you 'saw him', you'd realize that Outlaw is actually an A- defender, the dude is for real on the defensive end.
